Services

I practice with an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various clinical modalities and tailoring every treatment plan to each client’s specific presenting issues, needs, and goals for therapy. I work with young adults and adults. Below you will find some more information about the kinds of issues I commonly treat. At the moment I am only seeing clients virtually, but expect to offer in-person sessions as well in the near future.

Anxiety

Anxiety can come in many forms, affecting your body, thoughts, and ability to stay present. We will work together to identify how and when anxiety shows up for you and build a toolkit of coping strategies to help you manage anxiety whenever it arises.

Depression

Depression can cause you to feel alone, isolated, and stuck, making even the simplest tasks feel like they are monumental. Together we will work to explore these feelings, identify underlying patterns that might contribute to them, and build coping strategies to help you feel like yourself again.

OCD

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can cause you to feel like you are stuck in a constant cycle of intrusive thoughts and exhausting rituals. Utilizing evidence-based practices like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I will work with you to help you break that cycle so that you can reclaim the time and mental energy that OCD has taken from you.

Relationship Issues

Relationships can be both fulfilling and challenging. Whether you’re facing difficulties in a romantic relationship, familial relationship, or friendship, I will work with you to explore relational patterns, develop effective communication tools, and establish healthy boundaries so that you can feel more connected and secure in your relationships.

Life Transitions

Life can throw lots of curveballs at us. Whether you’re navigating a career change, a relationship ending, a move, or any other transition, these shifts can often leave us feeling overwhelmed. Together, we will process the emotions that come with these in-between periods, helping you build resilience and find stability in your new chapter.

Self-esteem

It can feel very destabilizing when you tend to be your own harsh inner critic. I will work with you to explore the roots of your self-doubt, identify and challenge negative self-perceptions, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself. In learning to recognize and celebrate your strengths and values, you can begin to move through the world with confidence and a stronger sense of self.
